Victor Rivera Cruz, MD, is a 2001-graduate of the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. His postgraduate training includes his emergency medicine residency served at Hospital UPR (2001-2004). Dr. Cruz attained board certification in emergency medicine with the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
